DMiss — first year completed

The end of the year brought confirmation of John's satisfactory completion of the first module of his DMiss research, which focussed upon the development of a 'Research Design Paper' and a 'Literature Review'.  

The RDP focussed plans for the development of a missional, leadership education curriculum in partnership with Burkinabé leaders, proposing research questions that would be answered by module 2's field research.

The  Literature Review examined literature germane to the development of a missional leadership education curriculum in partnership wtih Burkinabé leaders and students, via three categories: history and theory of contextual missiology within Africa; appropriate western missionary involvement within African contexts and appropriate missional leadership education within African contexts.
